Our case manager just called and said that our case was postponed for June 18th. We are of course disappointed but sense the Father's peace and our trusting in His perfect timing. He is Sovereign. He is Jehovah Shalom our PEACE. Jehovah Raah our Shepherd...truly all that we need.
We busied our self today by going to the beach and then tonight when we got home we cleaned the house in record time...guess lots of energy and excitement waiting for the call. Seconds before she called I was telling the Lord that I trust Him...His will be done. As I was praying the "Desert Song" (Hillsong) was playing, it talks about in every season choosing to praise...this is our desire as we wait. There is a lot going on in our life (not just adoption) where we are just pleading with Him to clear the path, to make His will known...in all of it we desire to praise. We trust that He is our victor and He is near. So on this night we choose to kneel before our Maker and worship before Him. This is a wonderful season for both Chris and I as He is speaking so tenderly to us, like never before in our lives we are seeking to be filled with His Spirit and walk moment by moment in His presence, we are resolved not to allow circumstances to quench His marvelous workings . As we will have to wait several more weeks to hold our babies we choose to rest in His goodness and mercy.
Thank you all for your support and prayers, we certainly sensed them today!! if any of you all haven't listened to the new Hillsong CD (A cross/the earth) it is fabulous and what we are listening to tonight :)

We love you guys and are thinking of you as well. We're of course saddened by the delay, but know that his timing is much more perfect than what we could hope for. There is a reason for this delay and it will just give us more time to be praying for you guys' preparation and your boys' preparation!! Thanks for keeping us updated!
Sorry you have to wait longer. I'm just praying that whenever your first court date happens, that it will be successful!!
